Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Certain items (e.g., personal care or hygiene-related baby products) may not be returnable for safety reasons.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval/rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges

Shipping
