Returns

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Certain items (e.g., personal care or hygiene-related baby products) may not be returnable for safety reasons.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval/rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items. To request an exchange, email us at charolmill@gmail.com.

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
